It’s the year 2007 in Pfresno, Texas. Raphael is in county jail after being arrested for graffiti. He’s a good kid. It’s just graffiti. So Raphael can’t be blamed for the events that took place after his arrest. He’s not responsible for the sting operation, Pflophouse’s new mixtape, Officer Williams and her delusional suspicions, the meth pipes, the FBI, the rich kids with nothing to lose, Mateo, Larry the pig, all the knives, the aspiring local TV journalist, the failed plutonium deal, or anyone who may or may not die because of the failed deal. None of this is Raphael’s fault, but it’s his problem.
